Full-Time Assistant Manager (Thief River Falls & Baudette)
Job Responsibilities
RONNINGS Assistant Managers assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
Management Responsibilities
• Assist Store Manager in assigned management functions
• Assist in training new team members, retrain on new policies/procedures
• Participate in managing conflict resolution & finding positive solutions
• Be the leader in creating a positive & respectful environment for customers & employees
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility and delegation abilities
On-Floor Supervision Responsibilities
• Set and be the example for customer service, act as a role model for team members
• Ensure every customer is being greeted by yourself or other team members
• Efficiently run the till and authorize appropriate till functions
• Assist the Store Manager in delegating daily and weekly duties
• Key Holder. Perform opening and closing procedures
• Lead in creating captivating displays and ensuring appropriate merchandise schedule is being followed and assist in seasonal changes
• Report to work as scheduled, remains flexible to the needs of the business such as filling in when needed. Availability includes weekdays, evenings and weekends. Understanding of special retail seasons and holiday schedules.
General Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store and backroom/storage; maintain cleanliness standards on exterior of building that may include shoveling, salting, pulling weeds, cleaning up litter, washing windows, etc.
• Availability to participate in community events on behalf of RONNINGS
• Assist in special projects, inventory management and freight
• React timely to the fast-paced, changing environment of retail
• Assist in inventory management of store supplies
• Follow store policies and procedures

Part-Time Assistant Manager (Roseau)

Part-Time Sales Associate (Roseau)
Job Responsibilities
RONNINGS Sales Associates are key players for providing our customers with the best shopping experience.
• Promptly greet customers as they enter the store & let them know of any in store events or promotions
• Ask open-ended questions to better
understand the customer's needs
• Goal driven, meets/exceeds sales goals
• Ring purchases, returns, and refunds
• Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction with tact and empathy while adhering to company policies
• With direction from management, merchandise with our visual standards for a consistent store image
• Maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor consistent with store standards
• Act in a professional manner and be respectful to customers (and coworkers) at all times
• Reliable and dependable team player; positive attitude and focused on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Reports to work as scheduled, remains flexible to the needs of the business and adhere to all company policies
• Attend and participate in reoccurring store meetings lead by the manager staff
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
