FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In-store pickups
In-store pickups are ready within 2-4 business DAYS. From time to time, we may have your order ready for pickup sooner. You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pickup. If you would like to pickup sooner than this time frame, we recommend making your purchase IN-STORE by calling your local RONNINGS location, and asking the friendly team to hold the item for you. You will then complete the purchase in-store rather than online.
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
We ship orders within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, from northern Minnesota.
Upon shipment, we will send your tracking number and carrier information to the email provided at the time of ordering. Once an order leaves our stores, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Unfortunately, we can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our stores. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How To Return My Items?
Returns can be made at your local RONNINGS store location, or by Contacting Us to start the return process. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER. We will respond within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
RONNINGS accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
We process most orders within 24-48 hours (see this page for more information), Monday through Friday. Once we have your order packaged up nicely and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number, and it's been a few days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you out.
