SHIPPING

We ship all of our orders under $75 for a flat rate of $7.99 in the lower 48 states.

Orders over $75 ship for free in the lower 48 states (unless noted in the product description).

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are processed Monday-Friday during operating hours. Orders placed after hours during the work week will be processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Mondays unless we are closed for a holiday. Contact us with any questions.

We also offer convenient in-store pickup to customers in all four stores! Please wait for us to contact you via email or phone to let you know your order is ready to be picked up.

Return Period:

Online returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Options:

Choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees and restocking fee) or store credit issued via an emailed gift card.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached.

Original receipt or invoice must be included with your return.

RETURN & REFUND DETAILS

Returns can be made at your local RONNINGS store, or by contacting us to begin the return process. If you have any questions, or would like to request a return, please CLICK HERE and we would be happy to help you. Be sure to provide your Order Number when making your request.

Receiving Your Refund or Store Credit:

Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days after your return is inspected and approved.

Store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing your return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN GUIDELINES

Condition Verification:

All items are inspected upon receipt. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

Denied returns can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Fraud Prevention Measures:

Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Repeated returns or suspicious activity may be flagged for review and may result in returns being denied.
