SHIPPING
We ship all of our orders via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for a flat rate of $6.99 in the lower 48 states. Orders over $75 ship for free in the lower 48 states.
We do offer convenient in-store pickup to customers in all four stores! Please wait for us to email you to let you know your order is ready to be picked up.
For guaranteed Christmas shipping delivery, orders must be placed by December 10th. All stores are open until 4 PM on Christmas Eve for in-store pick up.
RETURNS
General Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and include the original receipt. Accessories, handbags, jewelry, & sale items are final sale.
Holiday Return Policy:
We extend our return policy for 2024 holiday gift items purchased between November 3rd - December 24th. Gift items must be in new condition with original tags attached & include a gift receipt. The last day to return holiday gift purchases is January 23rd.
