We've been a part of the International Falls community since 1964!

In 2023, we began what would be a two-year expansion and renovation of RONNINGS. We expanded the store to over 25,000 sq ft - adding a Caribou Coffee Shop, 16 flavors of hard-scooped ice cream and adding our very own handcrafted popcorn, popped right inside the store.

We expanded our selection and introduced a kitchen department, brand name toy department, pet supplies and candy shop! Our goal was to create a store that was truly a destination and a welcoming family experience. We incorporated Minnesota charm and unique details throughout the store! We sourced local wood for the floor and beams, repurposed nostalgic signage, worked with a local cedar furniture company for our coffee shop seating area and created unique signage with local wood craftsmen. Keep your eye out for the "tunnel to Canada" which has quickly become a customer favorite!

Situated minutes from Voyageur's National Park, our store has been an iconic store for many travelers and families headed to Rainy Lake to visit Voyageurs National Park or cross the border into Canada. Have you visited before?
